Jill Sutter started her first of three consecutive shifts the morning I came in, in labor. She was my one-on-one nurse from the time my water broke through my recovery period. From the start, Jill showed great skill and compassion. I didn't feel like "a" patient, I felt like "her" patient. Every need was met, extending beyond physical needs for me and my daughter to much more personal and emotional needs. Every now and then you meet someone and just know that they are truly in the right job. I could sense her connection from conversations we had. She helped me through some personal distress I experienced while in the hospital. I loved, loved, loved hearing that my daughter was cuddled when she could have been easily left lying in her bassinet.
