Jill Sutter 2, MSN, RN, NPD-BC

Jill Sutter received her BSN in 2009 from the University of Missouri-Columbia and her Master’s in Nursing Education from Benedictine University in 2022.  Her bedside nursing background includes Cardiac Medical ICU and Women's Health - L&D, Antepartum, Postpartum, & Gyne.  Jill is very passionate about nursing education and empowering nurses to be the best patient advocates they can be.  She has precepted bedside nurses for over 14 years, worked as a Clinical Nurse Educator on Labor and Delivery at NMH Prentice, and been the Program Manager for NMH's new hire orientation.  She joined UIC in the fall of 2023 and is an OB clinical instructor and course coordinator.  Jill believes that the knowledge you need in nursing practice requires an ongoing educational commitment and is excited to start the UIC DNP Program this fall!
