I am RN on Internal Medicine where things are always changing and moving at a fast pace. During this past week, Medical has had several critical patient situations occur. Jill's experience and knowledge during these events was extraordinary to watch. As a veteran RN, I was still able to pick up pointers on how to handle these events to provide excellent and professional care to our patients. I always feel supported when Jill and I work together.
