Jill always welcomes nursing students to the unit, helps them to be comfortable and confident, and displays a positive role model and example for future nurses. She is knowledgeable, approachable, patient, and welcoming. All the nursing students and staff alike love working with her. She displays the true profession of nursing through caring and compassion. She gives above and beyond for patients and their families to make their stay in the MICU less frightening. Overall, it is always a pleasure to work with Jill and learn from her many experiences in the field of nursing.
