It was the most unfortunate day of my life when I heard my son didn't have a heartbeat. Stillborn at 39 weeks and one day. We were in complete shock and devastated, what happened with us and why. Probably, we will never get the answer of this why. But Jillian Clausi from Labor & Delivery in Kaiser Irvine really helped us and supported us emotionally which was needed the most at that time. She helped us in many ways; sat with us, supported morally, emotionally, and in the service also which is her actual job she went above and beyond. You need someone when you are at your lowest and she stood with us. She made follow up calls to check how we were doing. She truly deserves a lot and everything. God bless her always!
