Jillian's critical care knowledge base has grown since the first day she has been in the emergency department and is able to foresee potential complications and predict disease processes. She also demonstrates the ability to advocate for what her patient needs, professionally to the physician.
I have had the pleasure to watch Jillian grow from a novice nurse to a more experienced nurse. Jillian upholds the mission of St. Francis on a daily basis.
