...I first met Jillian when I was readmitted to the hospital with sepsis. I didn't know what sepsis meant. Jillian took the time to explain to me what my diagnosis meant, my course of treatment, the plan for the day, and what it meant to me. Jillian has a passion for her work and it shows in her daily interactions with patients.

I can't place into words the comfort I find from Jillian's care. I have complete trust in her. Knowing what to expect, through conversation with Jillian, always puts a positive spin on a treatment event. Whenever I have a question for her, she has an answer or gets back to me in a timely fashion. She is always willing to take the time to tell you a story from her experience that puts your mind at ease.

Jillian is an amazing person and an excellent nurse.
