Jillian Fisher, BSN

Jillian Fisher has been a quiet force to reckon with on the Med/Surg unit! She provides highly competent care to her patients, and when faced with something she doesn’t know, she has no reservations about asking others. Her calm and gentle demeanor brings comfort to patients at night. Florence Nightingale was known to the soldiers as The Lady With the Lamp because at the night she quietly and methodically went about her work, providing care and bringing comfort and reassurances to soldiers who were far from home and frightened. This is Jillian! Jillian was also nominated by her coworkers who said “She is very helpful, knowledgeable, and detailed in each patient's care. She interacts well with staff and patients. I always enjoy working with her as my RN on the floor.”
