At the same time, she takes the time to celebrate their wins and is always willing to listen to the positive and exciting experiences they have during clinicals. Jillian stepped up and became our clinical instructor when our instructor was injured and out for the whole semester. Jillian not only stepped up to the occasion but also bonded with us quickly and challenged us in ways we had not been challenged before. By the end of our clinicals, we were more knowledgeable about disease processes and the modes of action of medications.
