Jillian was the brightest spot in this whole ordeal. Her sweetness and smile were the icing on the cake when it came to her competence and forward-thinking. Everything I asked of her, she did immediately or had already done before I even asked. I also watched her interact with my dad’s roommate, who was a difficult person but deserved the respect and care Jillian delivered.
