My baby was recently in the hospital with RSV. He was born at 30 weeks and has some special considerations. I needed help understanding my role and the nurse's role while he was there for over two weeks. Jill went above and beyond to make sure all of my expectations were met or exceeded. She also helped me understand my role as a parent. She truly changed the course of our care by listening, validating, and following through with every detail of our discussion. We know the season of nursing has been challenging and many are burnt out following a global pandemic. Jill made us feel like our care was exceptional regardless of all of the stressors a parent could face. We will forever be thankful and remember the care she provided for our child.
