She went over and above to bring for me in one trip medication, telephone, clothing, and bedding.
Jillian gave education after hours with pharmacology. She is a nurse and gave medication as prescribed.
She did all the mission and vision of the VA. She met every one of them, as far as I am concerned.
She read my chart and I asked questions and she answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Plus, she applied ointment, creams, padding, etc.
She was able to relay parts of unspoken communication and ensure that the tasks at hand were accomplished.
