Jillian Postema, RN, BSN

Jillian took care of our D two nights this past week and I will not soon forget her or her actions. Aside from being an awesome nurse, she really went truly above and beyond emotionally. She filled out D's birth certificate the first night in gorgeous handwriting. We had D's little brother a year ago, he was stillborn. His birth certificate had our (parents) names spelled wrong and it was hastily written. I brought it in the second evening she was our nurse and asked if she had time if she was able to rewrite our other son's certificate like D's. Not only did she do that, but she made photocopies of his footprints so we could place them in the newly rewritten certificate. Now both of our boys have beautifully written birth certificates. What a gem of a human and an asset for this workplace. I am so grateful for Jillian.
