Jill was my son's nurse. He was transported to Children's Hospital from another hospital for unresponsiveness, possible seizure, and agenesis of the corpus callosum. Throughout our stay, Jill displayed the highest quality of professionalism and was truly dedicated to delivering excellent patient care. What I admired most was her "attentiveness". Not only was she in tune with my son, but she had a lot of concern for my entire family and our well-being. When I arrived here, I was very frustrated because the previous hospital gave me little to no information about my son's condition or what I could expect to experience when he was transported. Jill went above and beyond her duties by being a counselor or confidant, and a great listener. I spent a lot of time waiting on doctors and results, but we didn't mind because we were being taken care of. Jill answered all of my questions and eased my fears. Jill made the difference in our experience. I am grateful that my son was placed in her care.
