I was so sick and in so much pain when I came to the emergency room. She was so sweet and empathetic and got me in a room to be evaluated right away. Being a nurse myself, I know I am not an easy patient to care for. She did a thorough assessment and answered all my questions and ordered the labs I asked her to. She was so concerned and met all my needs quickly.

There was a lot going on in the ED that night, but it didn’t faze her; she just smiled and kept going. She had the best attitude. She is definitely an example for other nurses to follow.
