I am writing today to comment on the treatment I received this weekend on the Stem Cell Transplant and Hematological Malignancy Support Unit. I was treated by a very professional, friendly, and competent nurse named Jillian. She stated she had been doing her job for the last 5-6 years and she really loved the work she was doing. Her attitude and demeanor towards my wife and I were very professional and friendly. She explained things well, asked questions, and provided answers to the questions we had for her. The appointment was brief and well organized. She got the medication from the pharmacy on a timely basis and had the medication delivered in one-half hour. My PICC lines were flushed and we were finished in a very efficient and timely manner. You have very competent people working at your hospital and I just wanted to bring this to your attention.
