The DAISY Award is presented in a surprise ceremony. When Hubert's name was announced, staff applauded to recognize their colleague. "I love what I do, and if I can help someone leave here better than when they came, that is what is rewarding to me," Hubert said, choking back tears. "I am blessed to be in this career and love my job."
