Jim was very attentive to my complex medicine prescriptions. My case is a challenge for anyone to perform and he was persistent and precise. Jim went above and beyond to make sure our pharmacy received a new prescription for me. He followed up with a call to our pharmacy Sunday morning. That call made the difference of a day's worth of necessary medicine. Jim appears professional with a natural ease way of making a patient feel confident in the care we receive. He answered my many questions totally. I appreciate receiving information relating to my specific issues concerning my health.

Jim, Oh my gosh! Seriously, you are one of my favorite nurses/anatomy lab instructors I've ever worked with. You always challenged me to know my stuff and do my best and because of that I will always be grateful. Thank you for all of your help this semester. I aspire to be even half as good of a nurse as you are. You are the best.

As we're leaving Penrose for at least a year, I just wanted you to know how much I appreciated all you've done to teach me and help me. You were my very first primary and I can't tell you how much I've learned from you (I'll never forget the Norwegian scabies). Hopefully when I become a nurse I can look after my patients with as much compassion, tough love, and confidence in my skills. Thank you.
