Of all the great professionals we have met on this journey, the kindest, most attentive, most gentle by far was Jim Marker. He moved about quietly and quickly, always anticipating our needs. He was thorough and paid great attention to detail. Jim clearly is an experienced nurse - his skill and competence were evident in how he provided care and how he taught us what we needed to learn about diabetes care. He never made us feel like we were a burden. He was wonderful, and we are grateful to have met him.

We would like to thank the staff of the East Tower 3rd floor. They provided excellent care for our baby and the doctors were amazing! However, our nurse, Jim, was top of everything. He checked in on us very often and kept us up to date with our baby's plan of care. He also anticipated our needs before we even asked. Keep it up, Jim!
