Jim cared for both of R's parents within a year's time. R noted that Jim is dedicated to his craft and is an excellent nurse who goes the extra mile to take care of his patients. R calls critical care Jim's "niche," saying he pays attention to every detail and does more than what is required of him to make both the patient and family feel comfortable. R remarked, "Jim is exceptional! There is not one thing he wasn't willing to do to make it a good experience." Both R and her parents feel "blessed to have Jim" and wanted others to know what a "true gem" we have at Fort Sanders Regional.
