Jim was so thoughtful and kind. He took the time to explain the medications and procedures to myself and my family. Jim made us laugh and smile during a scary, unexpected time in the hospital. He encouraged me to get up and get moving so I could go home and recover. Jim went above and beyond in his care, and I want to thank him for bringing joy and healing.
