I had a pretty rough time in recovery after my procedure. I was in pain and then relentless nausea. I remember Jimmy fervently doing all he could to help me and calling on others in his team to do anything to help me feel better. I felt like he was throwing everything at the wall, to help me feel better. I don't know if I was, but I felt like I was his only patient and his priority. Considering how bad I felt that helped immensely.
