When I first met Jimmy, I had been overlooked at a local nursing home by the staff. He was so caring and full of compassion. I told him all about what had happened. He looked so shocked! He quickly wanted me to get my mind off that, and he decided to throw a party in my room. My grandson came and there was roaring laughter, and I began to feel much better. He encouraged me every time he walked into my room! He is very professional and cares for all his patients.

I would watch him go up and down the halls working so hard. I noticed he was still working at 8 pm. He had to be tired, but his patients came first. If only everyone felt that way about the sick ones they are taking care of, they could feel so safe and get better sooner. I would love to see him get this award because he has earned it!
