I am a recovering alcoholic, detoxing, dealing with pancreatitis and anxiety. Jin was alerted to me after one hour of sleep requesting anti-anxiety medication around 3:30 in the morning. While waiting for the pharmacy to bring me the meds he came to my room and sat with me, asked what my nightmare was about and what I would normally do at home to calm down. After that, we talked about books and jobs. He brought me down from a high-stage attack in less than 30 minutes just by being him. Never once did he treat me as "less than", crazy or a burden.
