I've had lots of IV sticks over my lifetime but none when I was as scared as I was today! I asked Jincy to use a baby needle and to let the alcohol dry before the stick. She was perfect and all I felt was a tiny sting. She listened to me and acknowledged my fear; this is a big deal to me, and I want her to know how much I appreciate her skills and her kindness.
