She has taken on the role as new lead preceptor this year. After losing over 10 experienced RNs she has not only been in charge but has risen to the challenge of orientating 7 new RNs along with volunteering to cover the midnight shifts. Working extra hours and scheduling orientating RNs assignments with such organization. She also helps all team members and is an ultimate IV starter! She is exceptional.
