I would like to thank all the general pediatric staff nurses for their good manner and very hard work and especially the nurses who really made a difference to us as patients and sitters.
My daughter was admitted to general pediatric floor during my college examinations time, so I asked my sister to stay with my daughter while I go home to study for my next day exam.
Suddenly, during night time, my sister got sick when she had dizziness, tachycardia, shortness of breath and numbness.
My sister called me but since my home is so far away from hospital, I asked her to call any nurse for help. She opened the room door and found Ms. Jisha who offered her help, checked her vital signs the accompanied her to the emergency room and kept checking on her till I arrived.
On the same time, Ms. Jisha went back quickly to the room and took care of my sick daughter who was alone that time, she stayed with her, reassured her and cuddled her in addition to her regular medical/nursing care.
Honestly, I want Ms. Jisha to know how much I appreciate her kindness, dedication, consideration and cooperation to take care of my sick sister and sick daughter. Not to mention her professional attitude, hard work, good manners, kind heart and big warm smile.
