When I first met Jisha I was in the most pain I have ever been in. She explained she was my night nurse and asked what was going on with me. She listened with care and compassion. Her interactions held no judgment whatsoever. I had a list of ideas I thought would help such as listing my pain schedule, making sure my phone did not fall, and letting me sleep if something could wait a while, like a bathroom break. Jisha carefully read over my list and said, "Okay.” She was happy to help. She consulted doctors when I was in worse pain, all on her own accord. Most of all, Jisha went out of her way to be kind, non-judgmental and relayed a supportive force that everything will get better. She cheered on a healthy change. Jisha treats patients with dignity.
