Jismi Puthukariyil Thomas, RN

Jismi was amazing very proactive, caring, and compassionate. She's very attentive and patient. Whatever she did she always explained. I can say that every patient needs a nurse like Jismi. If she's there it feels like you don't need to worry. During my admission, I saw how much she was concerned about taking care of one sick baby and because the PICU was full, she went with this baby to another hospital but she made sure that I was fine before she went. She's constantly with a glowing smile and willing to help. I nominate her and she deserves this award. Jismi is an asset to the hospital.
