When I was transferred from the ICU to my new room, I felt completely alone. I had no companion with me, and I was anxious about what would come next. But from the moment nurse Jithu Jose entered my room, everything changed. He immediately noticed my worries and reassured me with his calm presence and genuine smile.
Without being asked, he took it upon himself to gather all my belongings from the ICU, making sure nothing was left behind. This simple act meant so much to me. It showed that he truly cared about my comfort and peace of mind.
During the next several hours, I had to undergo multiple tests and scans. He stayed by my side the entire time, never once leaving me to face it alone. He explained each step, answered my questions patiently, and always made sure I was comfortable. Even when things got busy, he never rushed or seemed bothered. Instead, he treated me with kindness, respect, and unwavering support.
What stood out most was how he made me feel valued and safe during a vulnerable time. His dedication went far beyond routine care, he brought humanity and compassion into every moment.
Because of him, my experience in the hospital was transformed from one of fear and loneliness to one of hope and healing. He is not just an amazing nurse; he is a true healer and a remarkable human being.
