Jiwon is so special. She is kind and caring. She was very involved in my hospitalization and made me feel included in my care. She reassured me things would be all right and made me so comfortable. She is truly an AMAZING nurse! I'm so glad she was part of my health care team!

The second nomination shared, it's my husband's first surgery and we were both really unsure of what to expect. Jiwon took the time to walk my husband and me through what to expect, what she was doing, and an explanation of why she was doing what she was doing. She answered all our many questions with a smile. She even explained why she was giving my husband a different pain medication. She got me a recliner, blanket, pillow, water, and coffee. I told her I was fine and I could tell she was busy, but she was still going out of her way to keep my husband and me comfortable. She is such an incredible person and nurse. She really made my husband's first surgery a positive experience (as positive as surgeries can be)!
