JL was a standout nurse during my husband's stay. He always took time to talk with my husband about his plan of care, medications, and procedures. JL also kept me informed of my husband’s condition and answered any questions I had. JL never made us feel like a number, he always took his time and provided exceptional care leaving no detail unattended.

My husband was always excited when JL was on shift as he knew all would be well. I loved hearing JL talk about how much he loves being a nurse and caring for his patients. It was easy to see that JL’s passion for nursing directly benefits his patients. I wish all patients could be so lucky as to have a compassionate nurse like JL!
