I am writing to nominate the exceptional CVOR team at Jupiter Medical Center for the DAISY Team Award. Their outstanding care and support during my husband's recent surgery left an indelible mark on our lives.
As both a nurse and a family member, the experience of having a loved one undergo surgery at the facility where I work was undoubtedly emotional. However, from the moment we arrived, DR Patel, Dan, Mia, Erol, DR Choi, Greg, Brad, Damian, Shannon and Rebecca went above and beyond to ease our anxieties and provide unapparelled care.
Throughout the entire process, the team consistently communicated with us, keeping us updated on my husband's progress and prognosis. Their ability to convey confidence and reassurance not only to me but also my husband and his children was truly remarkable. Despite the complexity of the procedure, we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such capable hands.
Having dedicated most of my 24 nursing years to working as a CVICU nurse, I have a deep appreciation for the level of skill, education, compassion, and dedication required to deliver exceptional care. The CVOR team at Jupiter Medical Center exemplifies these qualities in every aspect of their practice.
Their unwavering commitment to patient-centered care is evident in the way they interact with patients and their families, providing not only medical expertise but also emotional support during what was a very daunting time. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine compassion make them truly deserving of recognition.
In Conclusion, I am profoundly grateful to DR Patel, Dan, Mia, Erol, DR Choi, Greg, Brad, Damian, Shannon, and Rebecca, and the entire CVOR team at Jupiter Medical Center for the outstanding care they provided my husband.
