Jo has a smile on her face every time she walks into a patient's room and encourages her patients when they need it. Jo always gains the full trust of each individual she takes care of and lets them know she has their back. Jo works amazingly with new coworkers. She had never worked with me before but she made an effort to get to know me and helped me in a time of need. Jo is exactly the kind of nurse I want to be. I am in nursing school and she let me take on new tasks and involved me in all my patients' needs. Jo you can tell is meant to be a nurse. She has so much compassion and works so hard each shift. She takes quality nursing notes and takes the best care possible of her patients, no matter how many patients she has.
