Jo is very kind, very knowledgeable and always ready to answer any and all questions. She remembers any problems I have had with my MS and has answers for me always, with referral questions to the doctor. She is always ready with a smile, no matter what. Jo is very professional, kind, and compassionate. Jo is extraordinary and a true DAISY Nurse!

Jo had shown such compassion and kindness in a way I thought no longer existed. A human error had placed me in a difficult place where my epilepsy meds were not available to me for an unknown amount of time. I came to find out that not only had my medication refill been pushed back to March but at the same time, the pharmacysaid I could not receive my epilepsy meds until I visited a doctor, which was another month away. Jo had done her job above and beyond, and without her, I probably would have ended up in the ER. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
