Joan took the time to explain so many things to me. I have been diagnosed with Diabetes and it is all new to me. She helped me better understand the disease, the dietary, the responsibilities and signs of the disease. She was patient and made me feel that I matter. I want to thank her again because it makes me feel better knowing that I can manage everything.
