Nurse Joan is very knowledgeable and shares his practical experience. For example, when other things didn’t help with our daughter's saturation levels remaining at 89-91. He suggested several changes to the routine such as elevating the sleeping position by placing the baby on the tummy to sleep (helped a lot with constant oxygen at 97-100). He also suggested a saline cleaning. Apart from that, he manifested a can-do attitude and didn’t cut corners. He wanted to get to the bottom of things, find the root cause. Lastly, he was very patient and informative which is valuable for us as first-time parents. Thank you Nurse Joan and we look forward to seeing you again (but hopefully not too soon back in the hospital.)
