Joan Dorrance, RN

As an employee here at Family Health West, I got to see firsthand how amazing our staff is at caring for our patients. My daughter had to have an outpatient surgery, and the care and kindness that Joan showed her were incredible. She went well out of her way to make her and I both feel comfortable through the whole procedure. She was informative throughout the whole stay and treated her as if she was one of her own kids. I feel that she is an exemplary nurse who displays every single value that we hold dear here.
