Joan is efficient in her management of time as well as dividing it evenly between the number of patients she is caring for. Always a smile on her face and a willingness to help not only her patients but her coworkers as well. She has a kind, caring heart and definitely goes above and beyond to make her patients comfortable and right at home while at our hospital/ER. She strives to provide our patients with optimal care.
