It was my 1st cycle of chemo. As expected I was a bit anxious, worried, and scared. Joan made me feel that what I was feeling was normal and everyone is doing everything to make me well. Her reassuring words made me comfortable during this whole process. Her kind and warm words made me feel that everything will be okay. She is a true DAISY Nurse. Good job and carry on!
