Joan took care of my father. She was so kind and attentive to him, she was always available when needed and frequently gave us updates. As we learned that he was going to pass, she was very comforting to him and  mother. I was 38 weeks at the time and she also made sure that I had a comfortable place to sit, had food and drink, and also made sure that I took time for myself outside of the room to keep my stress levels down.
