My mom was brought from Mooresville to Beech Grove AICU and Joan was so special. My mom is still in ICU at the Indy Campus and still in a medical coma. Joan took the time and effort with my mother that showed compassion and thoughtfulness. She washed my mom’s hair and even braided it as well as brushing it out. She bought a bar of dove soap to make it better for my mom since the hospital didn’t have any. She had a caring, compassionate and loving sense about her. She took wonderful care of my mother. I feel as though Joan is an Angel from above.
