On our unit, we work as a team and family. We've been getting so many homeless patients. When we get ready to discharge them, a lot of them need their clothes washed or don't have any clothes at all. We try to help and provide for them. On one special occasion we could not find any warm clothes at all. Joan took it upon herself to call and find clothes. She went to the church and Salvation Army to purchase some clothing and gave them to the patient upon discharge. Kudos to Joan Mayhew.
