In August of 2021 I fell and broke my shoulder. When Joan found out about this she would call and check on me even though I was seeing an orthopedic doc in Wooster, Ohio. 

In November 2021, I hit my head on a cupboard, after 3 weeks it wasn't healing so Joan got me in to see a doctor and they biopsied it. It was cancer so Joan contacted a surgeon in Medina where I went for surgery 2 times. During this procedure Joan stayed in contact with me, wanting to know how I was doing.

She is always very helpful, whenever I have any questions, and she always takes the extra time to get me an answer.
