Joan is a seasoned nurse who goes the extra mile for her patient. She is compassionate, very informative to her patients and puts them at ease. She is proactive in foreseeing any needs by the patient or staff member during a procedure to make things go smoothly. She is very knowledgeable and is a go-to regarding any Radiology nursing procedure or medication questions with her co-workers. She always wants what's best for the patient and is their advocate in any situation. She makes a difference in our department and is an asset to St. Joseph's Medical Center.
