Joan P Smith, LPN

I have been coming to the Allentown Veteran's Administration for at least 10 years, and I have always known Joan to exhibit all of the ICARE principles. If I can only choose one principle, I would have to settle on Respect. Joan Smith regards everyone she encounters with a smile and a few words of interest. She truly accepts everyone just as they are now and not what she expects them to be. Right along with respect, Joan is trustworthy. She continues to maintain my confidence in her skills and abilities to deliver top-quality care to all.
