Joan Pua, BSN, RN

Joan was nominated by her nurse leader for always ensuring she provides mentorship and advocacy for her patients and colleagues. Most recently, Joan has been the biggest advocate for making sure she provides medical care to her behavioral patients and championing the utilization of the Rapid Response Team. This way, the behavioral patients are able to receive the medical treatment needed so that they can be on their way to have improved mental and physical health.
