Joan has a calming effect on me and always makes me feel better. She takes time to answer all my questions. She is never too busy for me. When I was concerned about my after-care, she went above and beyond to get me as much information as possible to help me make informed decisions about my after-care, even as far as helping me choose which insurance company would be better to help me. I have great anxiety issues, so her help was much more than I expected. She does her job very well. I have been to many hospitals in my life and have never received such compassionate care anywhere. Joan is the tops!
