Our Nurse Navigator is the person that shows so much compassion and is the most passionate nurse when it comes to making sure that every Veteran is satisfied with their experience here at VA Fort Harrison. She assists Veterans through the channels of dealing with the Choice Program, sometimes spending a considerable amount of time on phone calls. She works with the Veterans when they are having difficulty getting appointments or trying to find out why an appointment was cancelled without the patient's knowledge. VA Fort Harrison is very fortunate to have this most extraordinary nurse.
