Joan Tyler is an excellent Charge Nurse and I feel she is an excellent role model to her team. No matter how hectic things get, Joan stays calm and leads her teammates through the most challenging times. Joan gives the extra mile to help everyone and offers herself to work extra when she sees the next evening has unmet needs. Joan's teammates appreciate her and are thankful for her. When Joan is scheduled to work, I am relieved because I know she will give it her all to manage her unit.
